PREFERRED STOCK DIVIDEND - One has to wonder regarding the rationale for this dividend. Has the company become more valuable and hence the dividend? Is it another "financing vehicle" of the company. Not a Common Stock dilution but a dilution of some sort in the form of preferred stock. It is non-voting but is it not also a form of ownership of the company. Hence ownership is spread further, albeit not in common stock? Hence the dilution..


Just voicing an opinion/thought..that's all
