Imagination Park Entertainment Inc. (CSE: IP) (OTC: IPNFF) (" Imagination Park " or the " Company ") is pleased to announce that, as part of its strategy to engage and expand the U.S. investor audience, the Company has obtained approval to be listed on the OTCQB Venture Market, operated by OTC Markets Group.

Effective on June 9, 2017, the Company will commence trading on the OTCQB Venture Market under stock symbol is IPNFF. The Company continues to trade on the CSE under its existing "IP" symbol.
