Thoughts on sales numbers.

A previous PR stated that they were going to run 20,000 units in March and another run of 20,000 in June. That was announced for the original version. We then learned that version 2 was replacing the original and has an end of may shipping date. We were never told if the original production target was the same or increased with version 2.

Questions: Did they match the original 20,000 number of pre-sold units slated for March or did they produce more? Have the 20,000 pre-sold units for the June run also been covered with the initial version 2 production run? We don't know the answer to either question at this point.

It was stated in a PR that all of the pre-sold units would be shipped by May 31st. Does that mean the March 20,000 and the June 20,000 or just March the run?

I believe that they must have made significantly more than the combined March and June runs. I believe that they did what they said. They shipped all of the pre-sold units (March and June combined for 40,000 units) which generated about 2 million dollars each.

We know that they are filling current orders in real time which tells me that they must have the inventory on hand to cover these new orders. I can't see them filling current orders ahead of the older June pre-sold units ordered a few months ago. If they didn't have inventory, the new orders would be waiting on the June pre-sold to be filled first.

It will be interesting to learn just how many more they have produced beyond what they officially told us.

I think that we may be in for a big surprise once the numbers come out.
