HAON. How can any of this be encouraging. Old news. Progress is not saying be patient. Progress is getting something that was previously "in the pipeline" ... "DONE"!

I believed the CEO from his previous statements. That is why I am here. Potential, to me, is very inherent if his statements can be taken at their worth.

Since then, a LOT of water has passed under the bridge...that 8k and its ramifications on pps most certainly, if not having an impact on the actual business plan, has had an impact on investor worth.

The pps has dropped dramatically with the rise of the A/S and its increase to the O/S. Without something from the CEO that provides assurance that original worth stays intact for these reasons...any investor that arrived in the early stages and has a much higher personal pps for doing so, now is faced with the reality that "potential" now stands for "being able to get my money back" NOT "profit".

Restatements by the CEO is not encouraging to me.
