I would agree. The week of the 4th of July will be light. PPHM needs serious volume to rise above $1 and stay. But I still think the intent of the BOD is to RS and this appeal is merely a charade to appease shareholders. People can say what they want about the statement made by Lytle about not being in the shareholders best interest. Empty words in my opinion. BOD wants access to 7x shares to dilute us.
