It would depend on whether there is a goal to uplist as part of the process. Nasdaq requires a stock price of $4, minimum. I don't think that's in the cards until they have substantial revenue rolling in.

To get the SS under control, an AS of 500M would probably be sufficient which would take a 1 for 20 RS since the OS would have to drop to around 250M. For a 1B AS, a 1 for 10 RS would do it.

The fewer shares in the OS, the higher the price will be, and with revenue, the stock price can grow. There will probably be some combination of RS, reduction in AS and share buyback. Whatever is done will have to be made public beforehand, so it's all speculation at this point. And none of it will happen until all convertible loans are gone.
