Wrong! Public consumption laws are no different than in any other legal state. No state has public consumption marijuana lounges yet. Here's the actual law-

"A person who smokes or otherwise consumes marijuana in a public place, in a retail marijuana store, or in a moving vehicle is guilty of a misdemeanor punished by a fine of not more than $600.

You can have an ounce on you at any time. You just can't smoke it in front of metro in a public place. Same as any of the other legal states!
