But the reality is that it goes to a China/USA committee for resolution to communicate delivery on, as previously mentioned here. I can't remember the details, but I wrote it all here, some place in all these postings. China authorities coordinate delivery some how; guessing it must be by grasshopper, so it takes longer than a year & a half, so far. Grasshoppers move slowly, so we'll see...
