Unfortunately, the price is reflective of all those dilutive shares being sold back into the market. It is a slow process because they don't WANT to dump the stock price, although the debt holders with those 5+B shares make a handsome profit at any price.
Those shares have to get out of lender hands and into investor/trader hands, and until they do, this price will remain depressed. But if the dilution is done, and we are just waiting for the last of those shares to dribble out, things could be looking up.
The real key will be good news about real business, and getting current with financials. Once BOTH of those happen, this should head north easily. I won't make predictions, but I do think that the business potential is worth at least $1 per share within a year, if the fundamental problems are eliminated and the contracts follow through. I have over 40M at $.0008 and am counting on that.
Incidentally, once ALL diluting loans are gone, I EXPECT a RS to reduce the OS, and a reduction in the AS as well. Both will have to be made public through 8K's, but the SS is way out of size and will need to be reigned in to provide shareholder value. With a properly sized SS, and no remaining convertible debt, and contracts to fulfill, this should be a Nasdaq stock in a reasonable time. Fortunately, my investment is low and I can afford to wait.
