I first contacted the VA in 2000. I had been injured whilst in the Army. Va told me to get lost. Went again every year until 2012. Saved all the paperwork. Finally got our good Nevada senator to contact the VA. Two weeks later they phoned me and asked what I wanted? Few Vets are fans of the VA. I wasn't. But since 2012 they have properly cared for me in all ways.
