Over invested? OWCP about to introduce their psoriasis cream to German markets, then European markets, then perhaps Israel, Canada, and eventually the US. MMJ is not illegal in Canada nor in 28 states in the US. Millions upon millions of tubes will be sold annually. Worth billions to OWCP, pps does not reflect this AT ALL. We're waiting on the Bio Data protection. Once that is in place marketing, manufacturing and distribution can begin.
