The "Rest" as you say not looking good,at the moment so far as dilutive trading pattern goes. Only puts more pressure on substative Filings that have real bite. With all those contacts and big board players on pending contracts, I think the "show me the Money" "where's the Beef" moment has finally arrived. Contrary to earlier assurances, just get the feeling this going to RS in hopes of bringing in serious heavy hands.
