There was heavy volume at .002 and below recently, lots of whom were looking for a quick flip and they got an 80% gain from .0015 to .0027 in two days. They sell into the morning volume, which kills the run and after the volume dries up mid day, people panic sell.

Simple.

Will stop shortly and stair step it's way back up.
