Someone mentioned $100,000,000 deal being negotiated. They close deals fast, news of this soon will be huge. $100mil deal is worth .05+ easy. Share buyback imminent with that kind of revenue rolling in.

Dilution is from old notes being converted from prior management running it into the ground. We're generating revenue now and Tom already said no need for dilution any more. They're old debt and once it's converted there will be no more.
