I've posted several helpful articles about the thorny legal issues involved. 90% of IHUbbers won't read them. They just want to place a bet, any bet, long or short. Much depends on the depth of Lampert's pockets. And the state of his ego at the moment.

This SA article is pretty good. Note that retailing continues to decline. No one foresaw that when Lampert got involved with Sears years ago. This must be a nightmare for him. Good spectator sport for me.
