Subscriptions were just a SMALL part of Q's issues, Anne. Reckless spending, non-reporting, hiding money, WASTING money, not paying vendors/empolyees, over 80 'failure to pay' lawsuits, pathetic fiscal negligence (oh..and 350 BILLION f'n shares) all contributed to the demise of Q.

I honestly haven't had time to read LGBT's filings. But I will.
