I was under the impression only 5% of "the product" was being tested and that additional labs would be needed.

As I have tried to tell you guys many times before , the vast majority of cannabis being tested for dispensary sales in CA is indoor hydroponics (look at the menus" . The bulk of the outdoor cannabis cultivated ( which has essentially replaced Mexican brick weed as the low end of the CA market) is exported untested on the blackmarket and like it or not that will not change anytime soon regardless of regulation . Most dispensaries have some form of testing in place right now and that testing is done by much bigger and better financed labs than SGBY like SC labs and Steephill labs . Those labs have the ability to expand at any point of time with or without public financing and certainly without taxpayer handouts .
