I usually find that the ethical companies wont "play ball" with the MM's so the MM's usually will manipulate their stock to destroy them. Or just shut their bid off. They know they have buyers but it hurts the company more than the MM's.

The ones that do play ball, then they let the price move up so the owners and CEO's and MM make money. When they are ready they dump after hours and people like us wake up and cant do a thing.

They know they can do this to the companies that are trying to turn things around because they don't have the money power to take them on. MM's don't do that kind of stuff to major companies, because they just plain cant.
