Here's the confirmation there's not an audit of ISBG being done by the published auditor of ISBG on the OTC disclosures. You are welcome to contact them to verify statement. I believe this proves your statement that ISBG is an audit concern is mistaken.

I am out of the country but I did receive your email. We are prohibited by state and federal laws from committing on the status of any audit work we may be performing and cannot provide any information other than what I told you previously which was we have not completed an audit of the entity and that is still the case.
