Delay in the signing/closing of a deal that would take them for 35 wells to 630. Its being purchased from the bankruptcy court so not surprised at delays.

They also had some old convertible notes cashed in which added to the OS.

IMO this one is still the golden ticket. It ran to 18 on iHub only and. I main stream media.
