Other folks can likely answer this better than I can. IMO - after name change and ticker, financials come out as well so we can then do a better evaluation. Reason for no pr's is nothing coming out until name change so information is not confused with shell company. When I bought a position I had full understanding was looking at June or July for the big roll out. Not sure if this answered your question or gave you more. Read the stickies DD's.
