If you look on the 10-q/a is says

'On April 3,2017, the Company formed Nutritional Systems, Inc., a C corporation formed in Wyoming for the nutritional products sales.'

which means it is very likely that Neurofuse is a done deal just waiting for the PR. I haven't noticed anything about BlackFox.IO thought.
