As I understand it, QUIN is Park Financial Group. An institutional buyer. Basically a mutual fund. QUIN being on the bid indicates they're accumulating AAGH.

NITE is 90% retail (Etrade, Ameritrade etc.). This is usually just your average Joe Retail (you and I) buying, selling, flipping etc.

When QUIN is hitting the ask it's a great sign because they've done their research and wouldn't necessarily just jump in any and every stock. It's a great sign that this institution is accumulating.

That's the simplified version as I understand it. I think the gist of it is correct (not an expert on QUIN), but I'm sure others here can correct any details I may have gotten wrong or add much more than I can.
