They tried to sell $1 million worth of preferred shares but could only sell $720K, https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/869187/000161577417002704/s106348_8k.htm Based on the SHM, one shareholder bought most of them.

I guess they could do another preferred offering and probably should but it will be even hard to sell them this time.

$720K is a drop in the bucket of the amount of money they need.
