Great post and the last part is exactly why I'm holding over a million shares. Obviously Roche new a foreclosure sale was imminent. Why would he invest $150,000 more if he wasn't going to buy shell and roll his assets into it? If someone can answer my question with any other answer than a reverse merger then I will sell all my shares now.
