My assessment of the situation is that the Auditing / Accountant Departments needed more time to figure out if they can write it off this way ..( AS AN ASSET) we were already on an extension to file the report so obviously they were pressed for time ..I think afterwards they had time to actually sit down LOOK through it AND clear it with the SEC that they were Adhering m to proper guidelines and that's why you saw the amendment today ..I did take a look in between the time I first posted it and now and saw that it was nothing but GOOD news ....they were allocating it to an asset...THATS HUGE ...
