If all goes well and the platform shows to everyone what we already know then yes .. it might be taken out early or ..as some other companies do might just sell 50% of its shares to a BP get the FULL MC from the valuation and ADXS stays ADXS ...

There are many flavors on M&A, straight out BO is one of them.
