First, they have to get a new CUSIP. As I said before, that shouldn't take long, but let's call it a week.

Then, they have to send a corporate action request to FINRA. Technically, companies are supposed to do that 10 business days before they want the action in question to become effective. All that has been discussed here at length in the past.

The question is whether FINRA will have additional questions about all this and more.
