Thanks Kaneman. If you look at progress since November, much has been accomplished. As for the shares being sold, I don't think people realize how much a S1 filing costs. You have to hire an auditor, a SEC attorney, etc. The cost to develop a robust website costs a serious amount of capital too. Too many emotions are driving the sentiment.
