There is no working App.
In fact, all the products that had been listed by the CEO are all gone forever, with only one app, swantry, still discussed. That app is now 'in beta', but it has been 'in beta' for over a year. During that same year, eactly $0 was spent in product development. Just Admin and Marketing costs. No, no if's about it. There is no app. There is no product.

Angel Investor? There is not a single thing in the app that is not already available to parents in one form or another. Perhaps not tied up in the bow that Brad claims (but hasn't produced), but it is no longer a 'new' idea.

There is no $100,000. I saw the fund me page, it isnt even close. Do the math, how many shares would the company have to sell to earn $100,000? No "If's" there.

The financials show revenue only through invesetment activity, and expenditures on Finance and Admin. So where is that money going? To the CEO. There are no other employees left, a few on the mast head, but It's now the Brad show. No If's, brad's made money, no on else has. He's not an inventor or a programmer, he's got a financial background, so every new penny to the company goes to him first. Has anyone on this board made money?

My point was, you are looking at a corpse here. Plain and simple. Nothing to short, the share price is the sound of people getting out. The market cap shows $9k. Soon as the CEO is out of people to bilk from thier money, the rent will stop being paid, and the stock will become defunct. The Dividend gimmick didnt move the stock, and the ongoing "Look what we are gonna do someday" press releases arent doing it either.

It's dying a slow death. With nothing that is going to help unless an actual product is released soon. Buying when it falls to .000009 is just as dumb as buying at .09. IT's over, bury it before the stench of the corpse kills us all.

And spare yourself te false "When it is released...it will be so....". Check the app store, apps that do the same thing are all over, and not worth millions.
