You're missing a huge factor, they don't have a license (sales or cultivation) for this huge facility.
It takes more then a year to convert, apply and get a mere cultivation license, let alone a sales license. Just ask Supreme... they've had a cultivation license for 1yr 3mos and still don't have a sales license.
