Sure they could if they had a share structure four times smaller than the current share structure, were current on filings, had a website, a viable product, and last but not least communicated to the public. These two companies are like night and day, lightness verses darkness, pardon the expression. Not comparable in their present state. You should know that. Now everyone knows. Trade Well!
