i.e., TBTF banks. Bring on the Supreme Court!

Allegations of F&F insolvent and causing the crisis doesn't make it true. Has to be a basis in reality for the government to pursue F&F assets. If Gov wants to get that money back via NWS, Gov has to do the hard work of finding the companies that ended up with the money and get it from them (i.e., TBTF banks)!
