One of the investors would call Sklar "two week Gerry".It is always "two weeks, next Tuesday, or next fall, next winter". Nothing but nonsense talk. Gerald is not able to go forward. The money is gone. While it might be nice to hope, the reality is it is over," done and dusted" as Gerald would say. If one is not able in five years to complete a filing, then eternity is not enough time for this guy.
