Is it not as simple as supply and demand.

Those holding are not letting go and those wanting in "may" have to pay up to .05 to get a significant amount of TRKG shares before the news hits and not chase at higher prices.

This is what I mean when I ask what reason is there for this to go 5 cents right now...we bounce from 3 to 4 cents for the last few days and I don't see any reason for it to break out with no new developments
