No, I think he could have dumped when the stock was up because he was cash poor and bought back later cheaper. I don't think he withheld PR. He knew nothing was happening as scheduled and the price would most likely tank w/o news. For all we know it was him looking for more shares @.0085. Just a thought. Not saying he did.
