NHMD accumulation has been very strong and steady for some time now. There will be some minor volatility at this level very short term. Large portion of the float is locked and there will be no pr on retail roll out until AFTER the deal is done (due to last deal being tangled by "third party" intervention in February ). This will gap big after this event that will immediately add to its valuation.
