How do you know, I have worked on teams for large corporate reorganizations in the past professionally, and always if needed there was a representation on conference from the SEC if they wanted an update. This is way smaller than anything I have worked on in the past however I would assume that not only is Legal & Compliance advising Levy and Lee they are also in contact with the SEC possibly if needed.

Those other companies recently suspended are without a doubt true scams.
