Reason being is because if World Moto's patents include Spain they would definitely be a great help to Uber. As recent articles suggest Uber's need and possible willingness for compliance.

It would actually be a great, smart business move and I actually grow more and more impressed with the leadership of this company (World Moto and whoever else that maybe involved) every single day.

Hoping for big things soon.
