yourbankruptcy, don't know why the stock is going up today. Yes, I agree that old hardware can be made ready with a 64-bit driver, but that is poor marketing. Companies want to differentiate their new, high margin product with compelling new features like that. I don't think we will see old $50 video boards with Ready for AMD64, but those newer $400 boards - that is a different story.
