OPEC & NON-OPEC countries extended 9 more months to cut the oil glut. Guess who is pumping the shale production like a madman with an ax ?? yeah, you guessed it: The U.S.
So, the winner in the short term are going to be the U.S. Oil production, but in the long term, the OPEC will recover the losses with more expensive oil. So, enjoy for now!!
