MDMN currently owns 27.5% of Auryn. Assuming that Auryn reverse mergers into CDCH (we'll rename it "Newco"), current CDCH shareholders would get 5% ownership stake in Newco that would be divided up proportionately among CDCH shareholders. Similarly, MDMN would get 27.5% of Newco and divide those shares proportionately among MDMN shareholders. AMC would get the rest and divide up those shares among AMC shareholders.

Note: The percentages would probably be a little less than those used in my example to cover whatever expenses and outstanding debts remaining.
