wow i am amazed at how i post for weeks about diffrent things and the only responses i get is to the "library" And frank from what everyone else said did not pass on the 1.1 billion library he spun it off to valcom or that is what everyone has said. And now the obion faq page says none of the assets are sold off so i am trying to determine if the library is still in the hands of TMM or not. The posts so far on this are conflective. One says that the library was a lease. another says that the movies were crap. and yet another says the library never existed. I simply want proof of which one if any is correct.

If the library doesnt exist, was only leased, or they didnt have an apraisal of 1.1 billion as pr'ed than frank lied to the shrare holders and should have all his assets seized to repay shareholders and debters. If the library did exist and is now gone it needs to be returned to tmm as there was no public vote to remove a major asset from the company nor was it pr'ed that the asset was removed. Both of which violate several laws.
