I live near this proposed site also. Had some interest in this stock, but no longer. Within a five mile radius of this partial build, if the build at all, wil be competing grow operations. One next to a new amazon facility in fall river is basically complete. A couple of others are underway in some of the mill space the city has to offer. Cannabis flower, concentrates and edibles are all ready available in abundance and anybody who wants to acguire them can and do so with relative ease. Already the preexisting dispensaries have grow operations that deliver in some cases across the state. This company is a bit to late to the party, and they are not even planning to build the complete facility just a small section from what I gather. Wait and see on this one, but the underground competition is already fierce, better priced, and of high quality. There has not been any construction at this site at all.
