I suspect it will be more of the same. Forward looking stuff he is working on. In discussions, negotiating, blah blah blah.
And I think people will be as disappointed as before when he did the other LIVE update that was deleted. Nothing of substance and nothing that wasn't known before.
Until you see an actual filing that the debt is gone all his plans to make it disappear are meaningless.
What about his co-founder's share Mariel Reyes. What were they planning to do with those? Give them to DiPrima?
Also whether dealing with the debt is a condition on moving forward with a deal with Hollywood Riviera.
It sounded that way in the press release. (To me at least)


If the volume stays low like today at least a bump up in pps is possible.

Will he address why they are still not current.

I did notice when this stock was high jacked a few years back the lawyer was the same as their latest lawyer in the opinion letter - Matheau Stout.

lol I see it involved Warren Wheeler - probably just a coincidence the IR is also a WHEELER.
