Why is it significant..

Most traders where waiting to see if this be further decline or bounce .. today's move with a midday high .0135 was confirmation that strong buys kicked in .

reminder of 250 m AS could play major role on how this can bounce hard .


Tomorrow if we close at .018 will be another major confirmation .
