Any share with any company has the potential to be "worthless". People don't invest for the potential to hold worthless shares, they invest for an increase in value. If your sells are at 12, etc., and you paid less than that, then that is value to you and you are further ahead than when you started. What is wrong with that? And if you bought higher when it was owned by another, that surely is not Mr. Tilton's fault. It takes time to right the ship and correct errors of previous owners/management.
