Precisely this. It's time to face facts, guys. Everyone has been letting management get by with excuses "it takes time, delays happen, etc"

While that may be true, the lack of transparency and updates, coupled with the missing of multiple timelines on a "potential" closing deal, is indicative of very bad management. As it stands right now, we have been given empty promises and little to answer for that.

Like I said, I'm giving them till the end of the week to right their wrongs. Complete and utter silence with NO shareholder updates, NO Twitter updates, and NO company updates is not the answer here. An update of any kind with sustenance and I'll continue to hold - but they've had too many chances and a lot of us are letting them get by with it.

They have killed the PPS, and volume has completely dried up over the past few weeks. Last 2 trading days we didn't even crack 1 million volume.
Looking very bleak here.
