Yeah some Joker or Jokers are trying to paint the charts. To help combat the problem buying the ask near the end the 30 minunte, 1hr, and daily candlesticks should take away their paint brushes. Especially submitting buy orders at the ask in the last 5-10 seconds of the day helps stop the games they are trying to play.

That and like your saying putting in a supporting bid that's higher than the current bid helps stop them from painting it down.
