This is the OTC.. companies dont just get suspended for not filing. If a company is actively attempting to communicate with shareholders they are satisfying the SEC; which CNXS is doing. This aint the big board. Unless the SEC opened an investigation and found that the company has been lying, there's nothing they will do.
